Quando alcune settimane fa uscì il firmware 3.0 per iPhone ed iPod Touch io, che il secondo lo possiedo, mi rifiutai di aggiornarlo, non tanto perchè non mi piacesse ma perchè ritenevo, e ritengo tuttora, che far pagare circa 8 euro per un aggiornamento sia una vergogna, soprattutto nel caso dell’iPod Touch di prima generazione a cui sarebbero state aggiunte, delle funzioni più interessanti e nuove, giusto spotlight e il copia e incolla.

Fortunatamente, per tutti coloro che hanno speso una cifra decisamente maggiore per acquistare un iPhone piuttosto che un iPod Touch 2G, l’iPhone 3Gs vince in questo confronto video, realizzato utilizzando The Sims 3, caricando il gioco in un tempo nettamente inferiore.

Un risultato non del tutto scontato, visto che un confronto simile realizzato tempo addietro fra un iPhone 3G e lo stesso precedente modello di iPod Touch aveva visto salire sul podio, inaspettatamente, il secondo.
