Nobody knows for sure what Apple is planning with mobile.me (the soon to be defunct .mac) service, if everything works à la Apple then it will be a success, in the mean time there are things that Apple needs to incorporate to make it even more interesting.

Apple has been a consumers company from day one and all its design and innovation work has served to position Apple in the front of the pc industry, Apple sales have skyrocketed every single quarter, but silently the enterprise sale has been not so excellent, Apple has managed to make son inroad into Business America and now that Windows Vista has been a fiasco, a large number of IT managers have started to look to Mac OS X and Mac as a solid alternative to Microsoft failed upgrade.

The ipod and the iphone have proven to be the most sucessful duo, the ipod has taken the portable music industry by storm and now the iPhone is doing the same thing for the mobile industry, but Apple is not cashing or taking advantages totally in the marketing arena.

iPass today announced service availability for Windows Mobile 6 devices. Users of the iPass Mobile Office service for enterprises and iPassConnect™ mobility service for individuals can now connect to the Internet via Wi-Fi using their Windows Mobile 6 smartphone and handheld devices. iPass plans to support the Apple iPhone and iPod Touch later this year and intends to support Wi-Fi-enabled Blackberry devices as well.

Apple is in talks some of the major music labels over a deal that would allow next-generation iPhone owners to purchase music tracks directly from the handset over cellular wireless networks, according to the New York Times.

Owners of the company’s first-generation iPhone can already accomplish this via a mobile version of the iTunes Store that resides on the handset, but they must be connected to the Internet via a high-speed WiFi connection to do so.

Islsk is the first native iphone application that enables p2p sharing. The P2P client will support connecting to the Soulseek network, searching and downloading files.

So far the iSlsk is still on development, the beta version will be availabe soon, so stay tuned for this little application.
